These By-Laws have been adopted by the International Broadcasting Advisory Board (referred to as the “IBAB” or “Board”) to govern the conduct of the Board business pursuant to the United States International Broadcasting Act of 1994, as amended (22 U.S.C. § 6201 et seq.)
